I only stayed here for a grand total of 8 hours before my flight but still got to enjoy most of what the hotel could offer. Check in was smooth and efficient (own check in person to help you to your room) Room was comfortable, large and exceeded my expectations. I managed to visit the pool which is beautiful and a good size. The gym had everything you need for a good workout (unlike many other gyms in Delhi hotels) The spa was amazing and very reasonably priced. I managed to have a nice relax for 60 mins with the Imperial Iconic Massage which is well worth a try! I even managed to have a nice whisky in the 1911 bar which again was priced well and was very relaxing. All staff were attentive and always happy to engage in conversation which was lovely. They even prepared me a lovely breakfast bag since I was leaving in the middle of the night.

Old fashioned comfort where the guest is important and we are welcomed back and noticed in a proper and friendly way. The breakfast is amazing. Young chef Mahender Singh Rawat was amazing. Made eggs Benedict with smoked salmon for me and noticed I didn't eat the bread so. put it on a guacamole and welcomed me every day. Delicious. Chef Madhav was incredibly helpful too. The housekeeping department Mr Shadman and Mr Ashish made sure our room was spotless. They do a great job. It's really a luxury to stay at such a divine hotel that is super efficient and friendly and attentive. The staff wants you to be comfortable and happy. You are also able to book a half day if your flight is in the evening rather than paying for a full night and that makes it so much easier. My praises to a fantastic hotel. This was my fourth time there.

Review: This was our first time in India as Europeans, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at The Imperial Hotel! From the moment we landed to the time we departed, the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate this beautiful yet chaotic city. The taxis provided by the hotel were top-notch, the room was fantastic, and every single restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff deserves nothing but praise for their professionalism and hospitality. If we ever return to India, we will definitely stay at The Imperial again. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

Property was really good, everything you needed was there, prices in bars and restaurants could be a lot better considering that you are so close to amazing restaurants and bars with prices less then half, it definitely makes a difference when your there for a week or so. Door staff are really good but just need to be careful that they don’t just look after the people they think they will get more tips from !! Management need to know that there customers have all paid there wages so a good morning, afternoon just be more polite and that you actually want to be there

The warm welcome , the willing staff, the airy ,large rooms, the beautiful blooms in all areas both public and private. the constant and abundant supply of bottled water, the furnishings, the attention to detail, the gardens the well kept pool area ( although we did not actually use the pool itself), the abundant and varied choice at breakfast, the variety of restaurants and of particular note the SPICE ROUTE all contributed to an outstanding experience. But these are just a few of the attributes of The Imperial. The staff in all areas were outstanding.
